The UCSB Education Abroad Program (EAP) is the campus office for the University of California, Education Abroad Program (UCEAP). Founded in 1962, UCEAP offers more than 400 program options in over 40 countries. Study at one of UCEAP’s prestigious partner universities for a year, semester or summer. Courses completed on UCEAP are automatically integrated onto UCSB transcripts and may be used to fulfill major, minor and GE requirements. Valuable internship and research opportunities are also offered at many locations. While program costs do vary, many options are comparable to or less than the cost of study at UCSB. Financial aid applies and scholarships are available.
UCSB EAP assists students throughout the UCEAP application and pre-departure process, and upon return. For more information, stop by the UCSB EAP office in South Hall 2431 or visit eap.ucsb.edu.
